Volunteers make the Event!
Our volunteers are the face of our race. You interact with every single race participant and make the Classic weekend a memorable event for all participants and visitors to our island community.
The Classic would be impossible without the help of volunteers. Words are not enough to thank you or show our appreciation for all the support you provide to our event.
So we throw a special party just for our volunteers the weekend after the race when everyone is rested and ready to enjoy it! The food is catered by our race sponsors, there is beer and wine, and tons of raffle and door prizes from local businesses.
Every volunteer is invited and will automatically get their own tshirt and goodie bag as well! They are ALL guaranteed to have a great time!
